Creators are responsible for all content they publish on the Platform. VOWA is a safe-for-work platform: sexually explicit content is not permitted. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. VOWA reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content must be safe-for-work and comply with our community guidelines. Illegal content of any kind is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
You retain ownership of all content you post on VOWA. By posting content, you grant VOWA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You may not: scrape or harvest Platform data; attempt to circumvent security measures; use the Platform for spam; impersonate others; or use automated tools to interact with the Platform without our explicit permission.
VOWA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
